The visit begins with a guided tour of the Ruchè Museum, founded by Luca Ferraris, where brick arches, tuff walls, and the ancient hand-dug infernot (vault) tell the story of the area’s winemaking tradition.
We are in the heart of the Monferrato winemaking landscape, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where history, rural architecture, and wine culture meet.
The experience continues in the new tasting room, converted from the old barn of the family farmhouse, where you can taste our wines paired with breadsticks, cured meats, and local cheeses.
A chance to discover Ruchè directly in the cellar, amidst stories, tradition, and the authentic flavors of the area.

GUIDED TOUR OF CASA FERRARIS – 1h 30min – € 30pp
Embark on an exclusive journey at Casa Ferraris – Ruchè Museum, a hub for the history and tradition of this grape variety.
The guided tour takes place in the heart of the Monferrato landscape and includes a visit to the fascinating infernot dug into the rock.
The highlight of the experience is a Deluxe Tasting of five different Ruchè expressions.
Everything is accompanied by a rustic platter of carefully selected cured meats and cheeses.

In collaboration with Cappuccetto Verde, we offer ready-to-wear picnic baskets filled with excellent products.
Pick up your basket at the winery and choose your own corner of paradise, enjoying nature and our prestigious Monferrato wines.
OUR PRODUCTS
Clasìc: Ruchè aged for 6 months in large oak barrels.
A balanced and persistent wine with notes of black cherry, underbrush, and pepper.
Sant’Eufemia: Ruchè vinified in stainless steel.
A fresh and harmonious wine with aromas of rose, cherry, and delicate spices.
Castelletto di Montemagno: Ruchè from Montemagno vineyards.
Aged for 1 year in tonneaux and 1 year in bottle. An aromatic and silky wine with notes of rose, cherry jam, and underbrush.
Vigna del Parroco: Ruchè from a historic vineyard established in 1964.
80% is aged in stainless steel while the remaining 20% is aged in tonneaux. A full-bodied and enveloping wine with aromas of rose, violet, and cherry.
Opera Prima: Ruchè from vineyards approximately 20 years old.
Aged for 2 years in wood and 1 year in bottle. Complex and soft wine with notes of blackberry, plum and cherry, very persistent.

Giornata in coppia ma non solo!
Era molto che volevamo visitare questa cantina essendo che entrambi, lavoriamo con i loro vini. Martina con la sua professionalità ed empatia ci ha seguiti per raccontarci ciò che questa azienda vuole trasmettere dalla terra al vino.
È stata sicuramente molto valida ed efficace perché sorseggiando il vino abbiamo trovato tutte le parole che lei, ci ha raccontato.

UNA GRANDE STORIA PER UN VINO ECCEZIONALE!
Siamo stati io e mia moglie, a far visita al museo Ferraris.
La visita guidata è stata molto interessante e molto bella la cantina di famiglia.
Come altrettanto interessante tutta la storia del vino ruchè.
Abbiamo visitato l’infernot “Bellissimo”
Poi un video di qualche minuto, in sala stile cinema racconta la storia del ruchè.
Finale con 4 degustazioni di Vini eccezionali, accompagnato da formaggi e salumi.
Complimenti anche a tutto lo staff, gentilissimo e sorridente.

Non una semplice degustazione, ma una storia di una grande famiglia italiana che con grande fatica e sudore dal ‘900, sono riusciti a tramandare ai loro nipoti e pro nipoti, la passione per i vigneti e la storia.Dove ogni pranzo della domenica accompagnata dal Ruchè, era davvero una domenica sentita con il calore dei nonni e dei nostri più cari familiari.
Una degustazione che sicuramente non dimenticherò, grazie Azienda Agricola Ferraris! 🩷

Abbiamo fatto una degustazione prenotata con smartbox per 2 persone. Ottima degustazione con anche qualche assaggio “fuori menù” e con una quantità di cibo molto maggiore rispetto ad altre degustazioni fatte. La ragazza che ci ha guidato nella degustazione molto brava e molto disponibile. Esperienza che vale la pena fare per gli amanti del Rùche!!!!
